Great surprise with the unexpected upgrade to a spacious two-bedroom cottage. The receptionist Daniel was helpful and even offered a late check-out. The restaurant had tasty food and lovely views of the Loch. Good heating control in the cozy room. Nice self-service breakfast with a good selection.

Hidden Gem with Amazing Views!
We arrived late and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an unexpected apartment. The views across the loch were absolutely stunning and worth the visit alone. The hotel had a traditional charm that felt warm and welcoming.
The state of the hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were small and worn out, with broken windows and dirty facilities.

The location on Loch Awe is peaceful with magnificent views. The 18th-century building adds character, while the comfortable beds and clean rooms are enjoyable. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and the staff are great.

I always stay at this amazing place in Dalmally. The staff is so helpful. They returned my forgotten earphones once. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, TV room, bar, restaurant, picnic area. Coming back for holiday!

The location was stunning, situated on the edge of a beautiful lake. The views were breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for a Christmas getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. The food was also a highlight, with delicious meals served throughout our stay.
The room left much to be desired. It was not properly cleaned from the previous occupant, with trash still present in the bathroom and stains on the bedding.

The room was cosy and spacious, with controllable heating. The restaurant served delicious food and breakfast had a nice selection. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom cottage, which was lovely. The receptionist, Daniel, was welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the Glencoe area, and the lodges offered a quiet and beautiful setting. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even when there was a misunderstanding about bringing our dogs.
Felt truly spoilt, nothing to complain about.

We love this place, our second visit. Situated on the edge of Loch Awe, beautifully peaceful with magnificent views. The hotel is an old 18th century listed building, so don't expect a modern 5-star hotel. However, the food is definitely 5 star! The chef is amazing, so eat in their restaurant. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and great staff.
Nothing, all excellent! 👌

Loved the fact that I didn't have breakfast, early morning ganster here! , staff was charming and car parking was a breeze. And let's not forget the great range of drinks, cheers!
Oh, the lodge was simply marvelous, with its run-down appearance and smelly bed. The broken plumbing and undrinkable water were such a treat, and who needs lights and functioning appliances anyway?

Quiet and beautiful location with jaw-dropping views of Loch Awe, perfectly situated for day trips. Super helpful staff sorted out our dog situation and upgraded our lodge. Cosy and comfortable self-catering accommodation with toasty hot water. Fantastic food, especially if you're a fish lover. The young staff members were really helpful. A hidden gem with potential, friendly and helpful staff. Second visit and still love it. Magnificent views, comfortable beds, clean rooms. 5-star food from an amazing chef.

The room we stayed in was nice and cosy, perfect for a romantic getaway. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the loch. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, especially the dinner options.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the room wasn't ready when we arrived, even though we arrived slightly before check-in time.
